Was never an option or reason to tour the place before renting it. The only thing they did was Email/ tex pictures. The day we moved in with driving from Vegas, was the day we got a tour. Which didn’t mater, we was already there to move in. A little disappointed with small drops of paint Through out the would floor and carpet. Could have been clean a little better but all in all we like the townhouse. The blinds in the rooms and the one in the kitchen could be replaced. You can tell they have been wiped down numerous times. We definitely like the amenities. The staff is pretty professional. Susan is the best. We thank her for helping us with a washer, that was left behind by another renter. She responds quickly and greats you with a smile. 😊 Thumbs up to Oasis Palms Apartment 😊

The apartment community is very well kept up, groomed regularly and the grounds are clean. For a pet friendly community, it is refreshing to see the tenants actually do pick up after their pets! The office staff are super nice, great to work with and are on top of it. The tenants are nice and the apartments are updated; this is a great, affordable place to live. I highly disagree with the prior negative reviews, as this is my 2nd time living here, and the quality of the property is better than before. I would definitely recommend this property!

I had a review done with 5 stars and I am leaving a well deserved 5 stars again, unit 528 I am updating this review, today is 05/07/2020 and I have nothing bad to say about this facility, instead Karina and Olivia are so professional and understanding abouth the whole situation we are facing with this Pandemia, not only that but this two persons who I think they are a great asset for the company were always on top of any request that you need it in regards to our apartments, I will miss Oasis Palms apartments mainly because of their graet managment !! kudos to the management team !! Nice place to live as long as you dont have a phobia of spiders ( place is infested with them) bad roach problem too but the spiders like to snack on them, probably why the spiders are HUGE! nice and cheap too ($1625 for a 2 bed) place smells a bit, mostly of dog sh*t and dog piss....but overall a nice place to live.

Ryan Cocherhas who is a very experienced, hardworking, flexible property manager and his friendly staff are truly professional, knowledgeable and very responsive which is needed when you live in an apartment complex and have certain urgent needs sometimes. They are very committed, involved and dedicated in providing their clients with excellent and personalized service. They also have a talented skilled grounds keeping/handyman team which can fix anything and done in a prompt timely manner. I have been dealing with Oasis Palms & Cannon/Summit Point for 2 years now and only have good things to say about them and have had some very amazing experienced people working with them. Thank you Ryan, Jamie & Kayleen. You guys ROCK!

Oasis Palms is a great place. The location is perfect. You are within walking distance of bus stops, medical centers, grocery stores, and restaurants. You are a short drive from the heart of Saint George and so close to Santa Clara. You are a three minute drive from the movies. Easy access to the freeway, but not too close! Oasis Plams is well kept and a fun community. The pool is perfect during the heat of summer. The units are well kept and the management is great! I have not seen a complex taken so well care of by the management team as I have with Oasis Palms. Make sure to check Oasis Palms out!! Your only regret will be not taking a look.

Management is awesome, easy to work with, polite, easy to contact and always prompt on maintenance issues, kids have a playground and pool that are well maintained, like typical apartments you have close neibors and you should expect some typical noise from kids ect.. so if you can't live with people above or below you, you probably shouldn't live in an apartment.

What really makes Oasis Palms a great place to live is the management's attention to detail. Customer service driven, they really make coming home an oasis: well kept grounds, quiet neighbors, well maintained units, and when there is an issue that pops up they are quick to find solutions and fix the problem. I'd recommend this place with no reservations.

I really enjoyed Oasis Palms Apartments. My girlfriend and I chose that place above the other places we looked at. The management team was top notch and extremely helpful. I spoke a lot with the property manager Ryan Kocherhans and he even helped us move some furniture in with his spare time. The grounds were always kept up and there were plenty of places for our son and dogs to roam and play. I highly recommend Oasis Palms. The rent was extremely affordable for what we got. Thank you again for making our time there enjoyable!

The friendly and professional leasing staff at Oasis Palms helped get me into an apartment from 1,500 miles away via e-mail and a couple of phone calls and I couldn't be more pleased. I recently renewed my lease for another year and would have happily of signed for two more. The property is clean and the crew that maintains the grounds are friendly and visible throughout the day. Dogs and cats are welcome and there's a playground on the premise where children are laughing and playing daily. Bus service is right out front, the supermarket is walking distance and Snow Canyon, the gem of Utah's state parks is about fifteen minutes away by car.

Very great place to live apartments and town homes are very nice and spacious. Also pet friendly for all of you pet lovers this would be a great place. As well their is 24 hour maintenance in case anything goes wrong the maintenance staff will be there and have it under control as soon as possible. Great office staff as well everyone their is very friendly. I recommend it for everyone who is looking for a nice place to live especially with balconies and a nice pool. Overall a very great place and very satisfied with their service.

I moved to Saint George for work. Not realizing there arnt many apartment complexes, my options were limited to say the lease. After what seemed like a lifetime I came across Oasis Palms. Needless to say I signed a lease with them within a week. I have to say the complex is well maintained and if you have repairs they fix them immediately. Shevelle at the front office was so helpful through the whole process and I couldn't have been happier with the staff and company. All in all I would highly recommend you check them out if your looking for a great place to live. Thank you to the staff for providing exceptional service.

I lived here for 18 months before and then left for a 'bigger' place and just went back because I love it there. The mangement is awesome, the maintenance calls are handled immediately and it is a safe comfortable home.
